A Chiseled Bodybuilder, Now Shaping Frail Clients, features Mr. Addo owner of a gym in Southbridge Towers — an affordable housing development in Lower Manhattan where many older adults live. Ms. Addo looks more like a professional athlete than a trainer for 90-year-old Shirley Friedman and other older clients. Reading the article and watching the short video, it’s clear that he respects his clients and gives them confidence, strength and a sense of community. And, in return, they inspire him.
